Inside SEAL Team Six: My Life and Missions with America's Elite Warriors by Don Mann Submitted by Toby W.
Plot: This book is about the life of a SEAL Team Six (ST-6) member and the hardships and laughs he went through in his career in the Navy. Don Mann was a corpsman in the U.S Navy when he went into BUD/S (Basic Underwater Demolitions/SEAL) and when he retired from service. From the harsher missions to the worse and rugged training. From the good times, to the times where you are saddened to the core.
Why Read?: The book is worth reading because it shows what our servicemen and women go through on a daily basis in the most highly specialized and highly trained teams in the U.S Military. The book itself has many life lessons I believe people can learn from and use in their day to day lives.
Comments: The book is a solid 10/10 from me, I personally loved reading about this book and what Don has gone through to be where he is today.
